摘要
目的:探讨铜砭刮痧联合皮内针应用于颈肩疼痛的临床疗效。方法:选取我院骨科门诊2019年1月~2020年1月颈肩疼痛就诊患者62例,采用随机数字法分为对照组和试验组各31例。对照组采用口服药物加常规护理的方法,试验组在常规护理的基础上实施铜砭刮痧联合皮内针治疗,对比观察两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)评分、临床疗效及护理满意度。结果:治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),且试验组治疗后的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),差值大于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组总有效率、满意率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:铜砭刮痧联合皮内针在治疗颈肩疼痛患者上有更佳疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of copper-bian scraping combined with intradermal acupuncture on neck and shoulder pain.Methods:62 patients with neck and shoulder pain in the orthopedic clinic of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with oral drugs and routine nursing,and the experimental group was treated with copper needle scraping combined with intradermal needle on the basis of routine nursing.The visual analog pain(VAS)score,clinical curative effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the VAS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01),and the difference was greater than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Copper Bian scraping combined with intradermal acupuncture has better curative effect in the treatment of neck and shoulder pain,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
