摘要
目的分析补肾健脾壮骨方联合唑来膦酸对绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨代谢及预后的影响。方法按照入排条件,对2016年12月—2018年12月在医院就诊的绝经后骨质疏松的患者进行筛选入组,共纳入70例患者按入组顺序随机均分为两组,每组35例。对照组使用唑来膦酸,观察组在此基础上服用补肾健脾壮骨方汤治疗。比较两组疗效,分别于治疗前后测定比较两组患者骨密度、骨代谢标志物水平及两组生存质量评分。结果观察组总有效率94.29%(33/35)显著高于对照组(77.14%,27/35)(P<0.05),观察组L2-4及股骨颈BMD较治疗前有升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组BGP、PINP明显升高(P<0.05),β-CTX及NTX水平明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组BGP、PINP明显高于对照组(P<0.05),β-CTX及NTX水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者SF-36评分表中的各项评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾健脾壮骨方联合唑来膦酸对绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨代谢具有良好的改善作用,并能显著改善患者预后。
Objective To analyze the effect of Bushen Jianpi Zhuanggu Formula(补肾健脾壮骨方)combined with zoledronic acid on bone metabolism and prognosis of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients.Methods In this study,70 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with zoledronic acid,while the observation group was treated with Bushen Jianpi Zhuanggu Formula.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.The bone mineral density,bone metabolic markers and quality of life scores of the two groups were measured and compared before and after treatment.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%(33/35),significantly higher than that of the control group(77.14%,27/35)(P<0.05).The BMD of L2-4 and femoral neck in the observation group was higher than that before treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,BGP and PINP in the observation group were increased significantly(P<0.05),and the levels of beta-CTX and NTX were decreased significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of BGP and PINP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of beta-CTX and NTX in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Jianpi Zhuanggu Formula combined with zoledronic acid has a good effect on improving bone metabolism in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients,and can significantly improve the prognosis of patients.
