摘要
温拌再生技术可以有效降低拌和施工温度,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益,已逐渐成为沥青混合料行业研究热点。针对大掺量RAP(Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement,沥青路面回收料)温拌沥青混合料,围绕温拌剂、再生剂和RAP掺量对其性能的影响以及工程应用展开综述。随着RAP掺量的增加,温拌沥青混合料高温稳定性提高,低温抗裂性和水稳定性降低。温拌剂的使用可降低拌和温度,提高RAP掺量;适量再生剂的掺入可以改善RAP中旧沥青的性能。大掺量RAP温拌沥青混合料已在工程上得以应用,取得了良好的使用效果,具有明显的经济和环保优势,值得推广和应用。
The technology referring to warm-mix recycled asphalt pavement can effectively reduce the mixing construction temperature and bring good economic and environmental benefits,thus gradually becoming a research hotspot in this field.Aiming at warm mix asphalt with high content RAP,the effects of warm mixing agents,regenerants and the content of RAP on the properties and engineering applications are summarized in this paper.With the increase of RAP content,the high-temperature stability is improved,while the low-temperature crack resistance and water stability is weakened.The mixing temperature of recycled asphalt mixture can be reduced by using warming mixing agent,so the content of RAP can be increased.Additionally,the properties of old asphalt in RAP can be improved by adding appropriate amounts of regenerants.Good performance,environmental and economic advantages of warm mix asphalt mixture with high content have been verified in present engineering applications,therefore,it is worth popularizing and extending.
