摘要
运用文献研究法和调查研究法对农村安宁疗护多元实践路径进行探究。首先,回顾农村安宁疗护的既往研究,梳理当前存在的施榕模式等多种农村安宁疗护实践路径,并探讨这些路径面临着就医模式多元化引致临终地点不确定等诸多挑战。其次,从多元视角出发揭示医学支持与社会支持在农村安宁疗护中发挥的作用。最后,提出目前依托于城市医院和社区卫生中心的安宁疗护制度是为城市居民服务的制度,广大农村在可预见的较长时间内需要地方性资源维系对慢性病患者的安宁疗护,并且应因地制宜、根据各地社会文化状况构建多元实践路径。
This paper explores the multiple practice paths of hospice care in rural areas by using the methods of literature research and investigation. First, it reviews previous researches of rural hospice care, combs the existing practice paths of it, such as Shi Rong mode, and presents that these paths are challenged by the unfixed location of death causing by multiple modes of medical treatment. Second, it reveals the role of medical support and social support in rural hospice care from multiple perspectives. And then draws a conclusion that present hospice care system relying on urban hospitals and community health centers mainly serves for urban residents. The vast rural areas need local resources to maintain the hospice care for patients with chronic diseases for a foreseeable long time, and multiple practice paths should be constructed according to local social and cultural conditions.
