摘要
课堂教学作为人才培养的主阵地,意义重大,只有提高教学质量,才能保证人才培养的质量。而传统的教学存在许多弊端,只有对其进行创新,才能满足新时代人才培养需求。文章以河南工学院材料科学与工程学院无机化学课程教学为例,通过分析传统教学中存在的问题,对其进行教学创新初探,并通过有效的评价体系来确保创新的实施效果。
Classroom teaching is of great significance as the main position of talent training.Only by improving the quality of teaching can we ensure the quality of talent training.But the traditional teaching has many disadvantages.Only by innovating it can we meet the needs of talent training in the new era.In this paper,taking the teaching of“inorganic chemistry”in our college as an example,the problems existing in traditional teaching were analyzed and the teaching innovations of"inorganic chemistry"were explored.And in order to ensure the implementation effect of innovation some effective evaluation systems were used.
