摘要
文章利用滴定法测定生物柴油酸值的实验方法,评价生物柴油测量不确定度。并在实验过程中充分考虑到标准溶液的配制、测量重复性等因素对生物柴油酸度测量的影响。从而建立生物柴油的测量不确定度数学模型,并最终通过对整个测定过程中所产生的各不确定度分量的分析和计算,求出合成标准不确定度。
In this paper,the uncertainty of biodiesel measurement was evaluated based on the experimental method of acid value determination by titration.In the process of experiment,the influence of standard solution preparation,measurement repeatability and other factors on the measurement of biodiesel was fully considered.Thus,the mathematical model of uncertainty in measurement of biodiesel was established,and finally the uncertainty of synthetic standard was obtained through the analysis and calculation of the uncertainty components in the whole measurement process.
