摘要
近年来,我国建筑行业实现了快速发展与进步,但同时也面临着高端技术人才短缺的问题,由此制约了建筑行业的科学可持续发展。为满足新时期建筑行业发展带来的人才需求,强化行业职业技术培训工作是培养高素质人才的关键所在,由此也受到了相关专家与学者的高度重视。目前,我国建筑行业职业技能培训与高技术人才培养方面仍有待进一步强化与提升,该文就此领域展开全面探讨和研究,旨在能够为建筑行业培养高端人才的同时推动我国建筑产业的健康稳定发展。
In recent years,China’s construction industry has achieved rapid development and progress,but it also faces the problem of shortage of high-end technical personnel,which restricts the scientific and sustainable development of the construction industry.In order to meet the needs of talents brought by the development of the construction industry in the new era,strengthening the industry vocational and technical training is the key to cultivate high-quality talents,which has also been highly valued by relevant experts and scholars.At present,the vocational skill training and high-tech talent training of China’s construction industry still need to be further strengthened and improved.This paper carries out a comprehensive discussion and research in this field,in order to cultivate highend talents for the construction industry and promote the healthy and stable development of China’s construction industry.
