摘要
目的:探究综合护理干预对甲状腺癌患者术后心理状态、疼痛和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年6月至2021年6月中国人民解放军南部战区总医院收治的甲状腺癌患者237例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=119)和观察组(n=118)。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予综合护理,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评估2组患者心理状态;采取视觉模拟评分(VAS)评价2组患者疼痛程度;采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评估2组患者睡眠质量。结果:干预后,2组患者HAMA和HAMD得分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组;干预后,2组患者VAS评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组;干预后,2组患者PSQI评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:综合护理可有效改善甲状腺癌患者根治术后的睡眠质量,减轻术后疼痛,缓解其不良情绪,具有较高的推广价值。
Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative mental state,pain and sleep quality of patients with thyroid cancer.Methods:A total of 237 patients with thyroid cancer registered in General surgery of the General Hospital of the Southern Theater of the Chinese People′s Liberation Army from June 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into observation group(n=118)and control group(n=119).Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing care.The psychological status of the two groups were evaluated by the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD);The degree of pain of the two groups of patients were evaluated by the Visual Analog Scale(VAS);The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to assess the sleep quality of patients.Results:Through the nursing intervention,the HAMA、HAMD、VAS and PSQI scores of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced than before(Ps<0.05),the HAMA、HAMD、VAS and PSQI scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:It is demonstrated that comprehensive nursing intervention is effective in improving patients′sleep quality,reducing their postoperative pain,and relieving negative emotions after the radical operation for thyroid cancer,which has high promotion value.
