摘要
黄花苜蓿(Medicago falcata L.)花部形态特征的遗传变异是影响蜜蜂访花的重要因素,其花部遗传多样性研究对于揭示苜蓿繁殖机理、选育优良种质以提高种子结实率具有重要意义。试验以11个野生黄花苜蓿居群为研究材料,在同质园中通过对其花部等13个表型性状进行变异性和聚类分析,探究在同一生长环境条件下花部性状的遗传多样性规律,为进一步开展黄花苜蓿种质资源评价提供参考。试验数据表明,黄花苜蓿居群间不同表型性状均存在不同程度的变异,各个指标的变异在1.22%~8.79%之间,各个居群的变异系数范围是2.88%~4.37%,平均变异系数为3.51%。6个主成分的累积贡献率达到89.95%,11份黄花苜蓿居群材料表型的遗传变异主要来源于小花,前四主成分累积贡献率为75%,反映的是花部的小花特征。聚类分析结果表明:在欧氏距离10处将11个居群分为4类,QT(奇台)居群和FY(富蕴)居群单独聚为一类,JMNT(托普铁热)、ML(木垒)、HBH(哈巴河)聚为一类,其他6个居群聚为一类。
The genetic variation of the flower morphological characteristics of M.falcata is an important factor affecting honeybee pollination,so the research on the floral genetic diversity of alfalfa is of great significance for revealing the reproduction mechanism.This project aims to select good germplasm and improve the seed setting rate of alfalfa in the hope of providing basic value for further research on germplasm resource evaluation of Medicago falcata L.and exploring the genetic diversity of floral traits under the same growth environment.The experiment took 11 Medicago falcata populations as the study materials,and analyzed 13 phenotypic traits in the same garden to explore the genetic diversity rules of flower traits under the same growing environment,and to provide reference for further evaluation of alfalfa germplasm resources.The experimental data showed that there were varying degrees of variation in different floral phenotypic traits among populations.The variation range of all indexes was from 1.22%to 8.79%,and the average coefficient of variation was 3.51%.The cumulative contribution rate of the 6 principal components reached 89.95%.The genetic variation of the material phenotype of the 11 alfalfa populations mainly originated from single flower,and the cumulative contribution rate of the top four principal components was 75%,reflecting the single flower of floral part.The cluster analysis results showed that 11 populations were divided into 4 groups at 10 euclidean distances,QT(Qitai)populations and FY(Fuyun)populations were clustered into one group separately,JMNT(Toputiere),ML(Wooden rampart),HBH(Haba River)were grouped together,and the other 6 populations were kept in another group.
