喜旱莲子草入侵与湖岸带环境的耦联分析——以城市湖泊武汉沙湖为例 被引量:1

Coupling analysis between the invasion of Alternanthera philoxeroides and lakeshore environment factors:take the Shahu Lake in Wuhan as an instance

摘要 生物入侵俨然对城市生态系统造成严重的危害和损失,为探究环境因子与入侵植物喜旱莲子草生存、生长的耦合关系,以城市湖泊武汉沙湖的喜旱莲子草种群为研究对象,采用Spearman秩相关检验和非参数性检验分析喜旱莲子草多度、盖度、高度和重要值与岸线环境的相关性和差异性.结果表明:自然条件中,水分生态型对喜旱莲子草的高度影响显著,并与多度(r=0.29)和高度(r=0.44)呈正相关.湖岸沉积物对喜旱莲子草盖度具有显著正影响(r=0.32),这表现出喜旱莲子草对水分和营养的需求和适应.人为条件下,生态驳岸对喜旱莲子草的多度(r=-0.32)、盖度(r=-0.40)和重要值(r=-0.31)具有显著负影响,这可能与沿岸群落的稳固性有关;护栏对喜旱莲子草的高度(r=0.35)具有显著正影响,可能由于护栏阻碍了一定的机械防除;人为干扰对喜旱莲子草的高度影响显著,并与高度(r=-0.37)和多度(r=-0.30)呈负相关,表明干扰对植株的地上部分有明显抑制作用.分析表明,微生境中,水分和营养条件的异质性影响了喜旱莲子草的生长,增设驳岸等人为干扰因素对喜旱莲子草具有抑制作用,可为湖泊岸线的整治提供参考信息. The biological invasion has caused serious damage and loss to the urban ecosystem.To explore the coupling relationship between the environmental factors of urban lakes and the survival and growth of the invasive plants,we used Spearman's rank correlation coefficient and Nonparametric tests to analyze the coupling relationship between environmental factors of the Shahu Lake side and the survival and growth of invasive plant Alternanthera philoxeroides.Our results showed that:1)In the aquatic environment,water ecotype had a significant effect on the height of A.philoxeroides,and was positively correlated with abundance(r=0.29)and height(r=0.44).The lakeshore sediments(r=0.32)had a significant positive effect on the coverage of A.philoxeroides.2)Under artificial conditions,ecological revetment had significant negative effects on abundance(r=-0.32),coverage(r=-0.40)and importance value(r=-0.31)of A.philoxeroides,which might be related to the stability of the community.The guardrail had a significant positive effect on the height(r=0.35).Human disturbance had a significant effect on the height of A.philoxeroides,and was negatively correlated with height(r=-0.37)and abundance(r=-0.30),indicating that disturbance had a significant inhibitory effect on the aboveground part of the plant.Our results indicated that the heterogeneity of water and nutrition affected the growth of A.philoxeroides at the small scale(microhabitat).The addition of ecological revetment and other human interference inhibited the growth of A.philoxeroides,which could provide relevant suggestions for the engineering measures of lake regulation.
