摘要
城市环保对城市渣土车清洁度提出了更高的要求,施工场地出入车辆反复高压水枪冲洗使线束连接器水密性受到较大不利影响,特别是对关重件连接器。而发动机ECU模块作为动力系统核心部件,且又属于高精密的、复杂的、昂贵的汽车电子产品,其防护显得尤为重要。本文结合城市渣土车特殊使用工况,从ECU布置形式及装配便利性考虑,提出了ECU水洗直喷防护措施,并进行充分测试验证。
Urban environmental protection has put forward higher requirements for the cleanliness of city cinder trucks. Repeated high-pressure water gun flushing in and out of the construction site has greatly adversely affected the water tightness of harness connectors, especially for critical parts connectors. As the core part of the power system, the engine ECU module belongs to high-precision, complex and expensive automotive electronic products,and its protection is particularly important. Combining with the special working conditions of the city cinder truck,this paper puts forward the protection measures of ECU washable direct spray considering the layout form and assembly convenience of ECU, and makes full test and verification.
