摘要
目的观察电针针刺拮抗肌穴位治疗中风偏瘫患者下肢功能障碍的疗效。方法将80例中风偏瘫下肢功能障碍患者随机分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组采用电针选取常规穴位配合常规内科及康复治疗,观察组采用电针选取拮抗肌穴位配合常规内科及康复治疗,两组每次均留针30 min,每日1次,每周治疗6次,6次为1疗程,连续治疗4个疗程。比较治疗后患者肌张力、肌力、下肢运动功能、平衡能力、步行能力变化,评价临床疗效。结果治疗后两组患者的肌张力、肌力下肢运动功能、平衡能力、步行能力10 m步行测试均有明显改善(P<0.05);两组相比较,观察组对患者肌张力、肌力下肢运动功能、平衡能力、10 m步行测试的改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上,电针针刺拮抗肌穴位对中风偏瘫患者下肢功能障碍改善疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the difference of clinical efficacy between electroacupuncture acupoints on antagonistic muscle and electroacupuncture conventional acupoints in the treatment of lower limb dysfunction in stroke hemiplegia patients.Methods:A total of 80 patients with stroke hemiplegia lower extremity dysfunction were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture selecting conventional acupoints combined with conventional internal medicine and rehabilitation treatment,while the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture selecting acupoints on antagonistic muscle combined with conventional internal medicine and rehabilitation treatment.Acupuncture was kept for 30 minutes each treatment in both groups,once a day,6 times a week,6 times as a course of treatment.All were treated for 4 courses of treatment continuously.The changes of muscle tension,muscle strength,lower limb motor function,balance ability,walking ability and 10 m walk test were compared after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:After treatment,the muscle tension,muscle strength,lower extremity motor function,balance ability and walking ability were significantly improved in two groups(P<0.05);compared between the two groups,the improvement of muscle tension,muscle strength,lower limb motor function,balance ability and 10-m walk test in the electroacupuncture group of selecting acupoints on antagonistic muscle was significantly better than that the control group,who was treated with electroacupuncture selecting conventional acupoints(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,electroacupuncture acupoints on antagonistic muscle has a significant effect on the improvement of lower extremity dysfunction in patients with apoplexy hemiplegia.
