农业生产性服务的化肥减量逻辑:替代和匹配——基于东北三省741户玉米种植农户的调研数据 被引量:27

摘要 基于替代和匹配双重视角构建农业生产性服务影响化肥减量的理论逻辑框架,利用东北三省40个行政村741户玉米种植农户调查数据,从替代视角探究农业生产性服务对化肥减量的影响,并从农地规模的匹配视角进一步分析差异化的影响效应。结果表明:农业生产性服务有助于化肥减量,且不同类型农业生产性服务减量效果存在差异,综合施肥服务的减量效果优于单纯的机械施肥服务;不同规模农户对自主生产和委托生产的选择差异对化肥减量产生差异化的影响,随着农地规模的扩张农业生产性服务的化肥减量效果呈现先上升后下降的倒“U”型趋势。因此,建议应发展农业生产性服务助力农业减量化、鼓励农业生产性服务的一体化发展、推进服务型和自主型的差异化减量路径。 Based on the dual perspectives of substitution and matching,we constructed a theoretical logical framework of the impact of agricultural productive services on chemical fertilizer reduction,used the survey data of 741 maize farmers in 40 administrative villages in three provinces of northeast China,explored the impact of agricultural productive services on chemical fertilizer reduction from the perspective of substitution,and further analyzed the impact effect of differentiation from the perspective of farmland scale matching.The results show that:agricultural productive services contribute to fertilizer reduction,and the reduction effects of different types of agricultural productive services are different.The reduction effect of comprehensive fertilization service is better than that of simple mechanical fertilization service.The difference of farmers’choice between independent production and entrusted production has a differentiated impact on the reduction of chemical fertilizer.With the expansion of farmland scale,the fertilizer reduction effect of agricultural productive services shows an inverted‘U’trend which appears firstly increasing and then decreasing.Therefore,it is suggested that agricultural producer services should be developed to help agricultural reduction,encourage the integrated development of agricultural producer services,and promote the differentiated reduction path of service-oriented and independent.
