摘要
以某水电站弯肘形尾水管为研究对象,应用ANSYS软件建立从尾水管进口到尾水管出口过流部件的流道模型,划分网格后导入Fluent进行模拟计算。分析结果表明,在入口速度垂直进入时,尾水管内部的流场比较稳定,随着入口速度夹角的增加,尾水管内部的流场相比于速度垂直进入时更加紊乱,即模拟的流场与理论上的流场规律基本相符,可用于预估水轮机弯肘形尾水管的性能和流场特性。
Taking elbow draft tube of a hydropower station as the research object,the flow channel model from draft tube inlet to draft tube outlet is established by using ANSYS software,and then the grid is divided and introduced into Fluent for simulation calculation.The results show that the flow field in draft tube is stable when inlet velocity enters vertically.As the entrance velocity angle increases,the flow field inside the draft tube becomes more turbulent than when the velocity enters vertically.The simulated flow field basically corresponds to the theoretical flow field law and can be used to predict the performance and flow characteristics of elbowed draft tube of turbine.
