摘要
采用问卷调查和访谈法对省属某师范学院537名小学教育专业本科生教师职业认同现状进行调查与分析,结果显示:小学教育专业本科生教师职业认同整体上处于中上水平;小学教育专业本科生教师职业认同在不同年级、父母支持以及高考专业选择上存在显著差异。要提升小学教育专业本科生教师职业认同水平,需要尊重学生自愿选择的专业,努力营造深厚浓郁的师范文化。
By using the method of questionnaire and interview,the author of this paper investigates and analyzes the status quo of teachers’professional identity of 537 primary education undergraduates in provincial Normal University,the results show that the professional identity of undergraduates majoring in elementary education is generally at the upper middle level.There are significant differences in different grades,parental support,and choice of majors for the college entrance examination.In order to further enhance the professional identity of primary school education undergraduates,it is necessary to respect students’voluntary choice of college entrance examination major,create a deep and rich normal culture.
