摘要
目的论疼痛控制护理措施应用在膝关节骨折手术患者中所发挥的护理效果。方法将2020年1月至2021年3月到我院治疗的102例膝关节骨折手术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组平均51例。观察组,通过常规护理和疼痛护理相结合的护理方法实施干预,对照组则予以常规护理,不同护理以后的整体护理效果进行统计学比较和分析。结果①观察组(3例,5.88%)护理以后与对照组(13例,25.49%)相比具有更低水平的并发症发生率,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。②术后1~3 d,两组患者的疼痛不具有差异性(P>0.05),术后4~7 d,观察组的疼痛相比对照组有明显的减轻趋势(P<0.05)。③护理开展前,观察组和对照组没有良好的生活质量,且差异不显著(P>0.05),护理开展以后,观察组的生活质量得到明显的改进,相比对照组具有更好的优势(P<0.05)。④观察组(49例,96.08%)患者相比对照组(44例,86.27%)对护理的满意程度具有更高的评估质量(P<0.05)。结论将疼痛控制护理应用在膝关节骨折手术患者中能够降低并发症出现的风险,改善术后的疼痛程度,能更好的提高患者的生活质量和满意度。
Objective To discuss the nursing effect of pain control nursing measures applied to patients undergoing knee joint fracture surgery.Methods From January 2020 to March 2021,102 patients with knee fracture surgery who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with an average of 51 cases in each group.The observation group was intervened by a combination of routine nursing and pain nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing,and the overall nursing effect after different nursing was statistically compared and analyzed.Results(1)The observation group(3 cases,5.88%)has a lower level of complications after nursing compared with the control group(13 cases,25.49%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(2)Operation After 1-3 days,there was no difference in pain between the two groups(P>0.05).At 4-7 days after operation,the pain in the observation group was significantly reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05).(3)Before the nursing,the observation group and the control group had no good quality of life,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).After the nursing,the quality of life of the observation group was significantly improved,and it had a better advantage than the control group(P<0.05).(4)The patients in the observation group(49 cases,96.08%)had higher evaluation quality of nursing satisfaction than the control group(44 cases,86.27%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pain control nursing in patients with knee fracture surgery can reduce the risk of complications,improve postoperative pain,and better improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.
