摘要
添加剂是制冷剂水合物生成促进技术的研究热点,纳米粒子能够有效提高制冷剂水合体系的传热传质效率,是理想的添加剂之一。总结了纳米粒子对制冷剂水合物生成热力学与动力学的影响,分析了不同种类、浓度的纳米粒子的促进效果,并归纳了其促进机理。结果表明,相对于单一体系而言,纳米粒子的复配体系拥有更佳的制冷剂水合物生成促进效果。纳米粒子复配剂的选择以及复合促进机理的分析是研究重点。
Additive is a research hotspot in refrigerant hydrate formation promotion technology.Nanoparticles are one of the ideal additives due to their significant improvement on the heat and mass transfer efficiency of refrigerant hydrate systems.In this paper,influence of nanoparticles on the thermodynamics and kinetics during hydrate formation was summarized,the influence of different category and concentration of nanoparticles on the promotion effect was analyzed,and the promotion mechanism of nanoparticles was illustrated.The results show that,compared with the single-material system,the composite system has a better promotion effect on refrigerant hydrate formation.Selection of composite nanoparticles agents and the analysis on the composite mechanism were the research focus.
