摘要
针对电抗器隔震消能装置依赖于人工维护的问题,文中提出了一种高压电抗器隔震消能监控系统设计方案。该设计方案包括传感器系统、数据传输与采集系统、监控系统三部分,并基于逼近理想点法(TOPSIS)对监控数据进行智能分析,综合评估隔震消能装置的健康状态,根据综合状态评估值结果划分预警等级。以高压电抗器的现场环境进行实验仿真分析的结果表明,所提高压电抗器隔震消能监控系统硬件配置需求简单,成本较低,能够精准地评估隔震消能装置的健康状态,从而进行相应等级的预警,为电抗器隔震消能装置的智能化运维提供辅助。
Aiming at the problem that the isolation and energy dissipation device of reactor depends on manual maintenance,a design scheme of monitoring system for high-voltage reactor isolation and energy dissipation is proposed in this paper.The design scheme includes three parts:sensor system,data transmission and acquisition system and monitoring system.Based on TOPSIS,the monitoring data is intelligently analyzed to comprehensively evaluate the health status of the isolation and energy dissipation device,and the warning level is divided according to the comprehensive status evaluation results.Finally,the simulation analysis is carried out in the field environment of high-voltage reactor.The results show that the hardware configuration requirements of the improved monitoring system are low,and the cost is low.At the same time,it can accurately evaluate the health status of the isolation and energy dissipation device,and carry out the corresponding level of early warning,so as to provide assistance for the intelligent operation and maintenance of the reactor isolation and energy dissipation device.
