摘要 文章综合运用文献资料等方法,对"一带一路"倡议下民族传统体育文化高质量"走出去"的机遇与挑战进行深入剖析,旨在为民族传统体育文化走出国门,走向世界提供参考依据。研究表明:"一带一路"倡议下民族传统体育文化"走出去"的新机遇表现在借助"一带一路"政策东风,加快民族传统体育文化与国际交轨;构建民族传统体育文化合作新发展格局,便于民族传统体育项目参与全球竞争。挑战体现在西式体育文化的冲击之下,民族传统体育文化发展空间囿于狭境;民族传统体育复合型人才的匮乏,牵绊其国际化进程;体育文化"传播体系"滞后,阻碍民族传统体育文化的国际交流。有鉴于此,提出着力破解民族传统体育文化创新之瓶颈,寻求西方体育文化的契合点;搭建复合型人才的培养体系,推进民族传统体育文化全球化发展的新形势;构建多元化传播模式,打造民族传统体育文化品牌等促进策略。 The research makes an in-depth analysis of the opportunities and challenges of the high-quality “going out” of the traditional national sports culture under the “Belt and Road” initiative by comprehensive use of literature and other methods,in order to provide reference for the traditional national sports culture to go out of the country and go to the world.The research shows that the new opportunity of “going out” of traditional national sports culture under the “Belt and Road” initiative is to speed up the exchange between traditional national sports culture and the international track with the help of the “Belt and Road” policy.To construct a new development pattern of cooperation in traditional ethnic sports culture and facilitate traditional ethnic sports to participate in global competition.The challenge is reflected in the impact of western sports culture,the development space of traditional national sports culture is confined in a narrow environment;The lack of inter-disciplinary talents in national traditional sports hinders its internationalization process;The lag of “communication system” of sports culture hinders the international exchange of national traditional sports culture.In view of this,the author puts forward to break the bottleneck of national traditional sports culture innovation and seek for the convergence point of western sports culture.To build the training system of compound talents and promote the new situation of the globalization of national traditional sports culture;Construct diversified communication mode,build national traditional sports culture brand and other promotion strategies..
