摘要
目的探讨双向质量反馈模式在子痫前期剖宫产产妇中的干预效果。方法选取2019年6月至2021年3月广东省中山市小榄人民医院妇产科收治的98例子痫前期剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各49例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用双向质量反馈模式护理,持续观察至产妇出院。比较两组产妇心理状态、术后恢复情况、术后疼痛及并发症发生情况。结果干预前两组产妇心理状态比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组产妇焦虑量表(SAS)和抑郁量表(SDS)评分低于本组干预前,且观察组评分高于对照组,观察组术后恢复时间短于对照组,术后疼痛程度轻于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双向质量反馈模式能够减轻子痫前期剖宫产产妇负面情绪及术后疼痛,有效促进产妇术后恢复,降低并发症发生风险,缩短术后住院时间。
Objective To explore the effect of two-way quality feedback mode in preeclampsia cesarean section women.Methods A total of 98 cases of preeclampsia cesarean section puerpera admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Xiaolan People′s Hospital from June 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was treated with a two-way quality feedback model,and the observation was continued until the puerpera were discharged from the hospital.The psychological status,postoperative recovery,postoperative pain and complications of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the psychological status between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The post-recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the postoperative pain degree was lighter than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The two-way quality feedback model can reduce the negative emotions and postoperative pain of preeclampsia puerpera during cesarean section,effectively promote the postoperative recovery of the puerpera,reduce the risk of complications,and shorten the postoperative hospital stay.
