摘要
莫迪自执政后便积极建立一个更加开放的市场并创造良好的投资环境以吸引外国投资。新冠肺炎疫情发生以来,印度经济遭遇重创,为缓解经济增长压力,印度也借机出台了一系列为外资“松绑”的政策。但是,随着各国对外资风险警惕性的提升,印度吸引外商直接投资的政策也面临很大挑战。为此,印度政府也相应地对外资政策做出了积极调整。但受中印关系影响,印度对来自中国的投资设定了更具有针对性与选择性的限制条件。近年来,由于印度经济发展呈现出更加明显的民族主义与保护主义倾向,且印度政府推出了“自力更生”计划,加之中印关系在低谷徘徊,致使中国对印度的投资面临更大风险与挑战。
Since Modi came to power,the administration has been actively building a more open market and creating a favorable investment environment to attract foreign investment. The economy of India has suffered badly since the outbreak of Covid-19,and in order to ease the pressure on economic growth,series of policies have been introduced to “deregulate” foreign investment. However,since countries have become more vigilant about the risks of foreign investment,India’s policy to attract foreign direct investment face great challenges. For this reason,the Indian government has made adjustments to its foreign investment policy. However,due to the impact of Sino-Indian relations,India has set more targeted and selective restrictions on investment from China. In recent years,Chinese investment in India has faced greater risks and challenges due to the increasingly prominent trend of nationalism and protectionism in India’s economic development,the Indian government ’s “self-reliance ” program, and the tough situation of Sino-Indian relations.
