摘要
大型储油罐的基础沉降和罐体变形是影响储罐安全的重要因素。为了有效地监测储罐的基础沉降和罐体的变形,传统检测主要使用手动测量,工作量大,安全风险高,精度低。针对传统方法的缺点,提出了一种基于三维点云数据计算罐体变形的新方法,并通过软件编程来实现所提出的算法。该方法可以精确地计算罐体变形的程度和范围,实现了罐体变形数据的自动和快速收集,通过实验印证了数据处理软件以及3D可视化的应用具有实际可操作性。
The foundation settlement and tank deformation of large oil storage tanks are important factors affecting the safety of storage tanks.In order to effectively monitor the foundation settlement and tank deformation of the tank,the traditional detection mainly uses manual measurement,which has large workload,high safety risk and low precision.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional methods,a new method for calculating tank deformation based on three-dimensional point cloud data is proposed,and the proposed algorithm is realized by software programming.This method can accurately calculate the degree and range of tank deformation,and realize the automatic and rapid collection of tank deformation data.The empirical results show that the application of data processing software and 3D visualization is practical and operable.
