摘要
每年的暴雨都会给一些城市带来内涝,特别是南方城市,暴雨是造成内涝的关键因素。一些城市排涝的方式主要是靠传统的灰色基础设施工程进行排涝,效果往往不是很理想,随着国内基建的快速发展,近些年出现了海绵城市,这为一些城市在内涝问题上带来了新的措施,并且效果很明显。本文就以东莞市五点梅水库群物理隔离水利工程为例,在南方城市如何打造海绵城市进行阐述。
Every year heavy rain will bring waterlogging to some cities,especially southern cities.Heavy rain is a key factor causing waterlogging.Some urban drainage methods mainly rely on traditional gray infrastructure projects for drainage,and the effect is often not very satisfactory.With the rapid development of domestic infrastructure,sponge cities have appeared in recent years,which has brought some problems to some cities.New measures,and the effect is obvious.This article takes the physical isolation water conservancy project of Wudianmei Reservoir Group in Dongguan City as an example to explain how to build a sponge city in southern cities.
