基于有限元的元动作装配单元薄弱点分析

摘要 元动作装配单元的可靠与否是机械产品能否稳定运行的关键所在。由于机械产品的多层次结构,使整机性能的分析与建模变得困难。开展了从整机到元动作的映射研究,提取出典型的元动作装配单元。根据元动作装配单元的实际装配行为选取过盈装配接触压力参数,进行元动作装配单元静力分析及固有频率分析,得出元动作装配薄弱处。利用自主设计的试验台对元动作单元性能进行验证。结果表明,对元动作装配单元进行合理的有限元分析,提取出装配结合处的薄弱点,能够对元动作单元的装配提供现实指导。 The reliability of meta-action assembly unit is the key to the stable operation of mechanical products.Due to the multi-level structure of mechanical products,it becomes difficult to analyze and model the performance of the whole machine.In this paper,the mapping of the whole machine to the meta-action is studied,and the typical meta-action assembly unit is extracted.According to the actual assembly behavior of the meta-action assembly unit,the contact pressure parameters of the interference assembly are selected,and the static analysis and natural frequency analysis of the element action assembly unit are carried out,and the weak points of the element action assembly unit are obtained.The performance of the meta-action unit is verified with the self-developed test bed,and the experimental analysis showed that:reasonable element action assembly element finite element analysis is carried out,and the weak point of assembly combination is extracted to provide practical guidance for the assembly of the element action unit,and it is feasible and practical.
