摘要
结肠慢传输型便秘(STC)是一种日益增多的慢性功能性消化道症状。其具体发病原因与机制尚不清楚,需要通过建立慢传输型便秘动物模型行进一步研究。在实验动物方面,常选择鼠、犬、兔等动物作为实验对象;在构建模型方面,以药物造模、物理化学方法造模、联合造模等为主;在模型效果评价方面,包括一般情况观察、结肠传输功能评估、结肠动力检测等。目前,STC动物模型的构建方法及模型效果评价尚不统一。随着对STC发病机制研究的深入,动物模型的优化设计将成为今后的热点方向。
Colonic slow transit constipation(STC)is a chronic functional digestive tract symptom with an increasing incidence.The specific etiology and mechanism are still unclear and further scientific research is needed by building STC animal models.In terms of experimental animals,rats,canines,rabbits etc.are often selected as experimental objects.Common modeling methods include drug methods,physicochemical methods,joint methods,etc.;in the aspect of model effect evaluation,it includes general observation,assessment of colonic transmission function,colonic motility test,etc.At present,the methods of STC animal model construction and effect evaluation are not unified.With the further research on the etiology and mechanism of STC,the optimization design of animal models will become a hot direction in the future.
