摘要
目的:通过文献检索方式探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)的中医证候分布特征。方法:检索2010年1月-2020年4月维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国知网期刊全文数据库、读秀学术中文期刊全文数据库和贵州省数字图书馆中有关中医辨证分型治疗冠心病的研究文献。结果:共纳入37篇临床研究文献,总病例数为6506例。按证型出现频次从高到低排列,依次为气阴两虚型、心血瘀阻型、痰浊内阻型、寒凝心脉型、心肾阴虚型、气滞心胸型、阳气虚衰型、痰瘀互结型、心肾阳虚型、心气亏虚型。按病例数排列为气阴两虚型、痰浊内阻型、心血瘀阻型、心肾阴虚型、气滞心胸型、寒凝心脉型、阳气虚衰型,其余证型的病例数都没有达到5.00%。结论:冠心病的中医证候分布特点以气阴两虚型、心血瘀阻型、痰浊内阻型、寒凝心脉型、心肾阴虚型及气滞心胸型为临床上最常见的辨证分型。
Objective:To explore the TCM syndrome classification characteristics of coronary heart disease by literature retrieval.Methods:The literature on treating coronary heart disease based on TCM syndrome classification in VIP,CNKI,Duxiu academic full text database,and Guizhou Province Digital Library from January 2010 to April 2020 was retrieved.Results:A total of 37 clinical studies were included,with a total of 6506 cases.The frequency of syndrome types was ranked from high to low,there were the Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency(气阴两虚)type,the heart blood stasis type,the phlegm-turbidity internal resistance type,the cold coagulated heart meridian type,the Yin deficiency in heart and kidney type,the Qi stagnated cardiovascular type,the Yangqi(阳气)deficiency type,the phlegm and blood stasis type,the Yang deficiency in heart and kidney type,the Qi deficiency in heart type.According to the number of cases,there were the Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency type,the phlegm-turbidity internal resistance type,the heart blood stasis type,the Yin deficiency in heart and kidney type,the Qi stagnated cardiovascular type,the cold coagulated heart medirian type,the Yangqi deficiency type.The cases of other syndromes did not reach 5.00%.Conclusion:The classification characteristics of TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease are the Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency type,the heart blood stasis type,the phlegm-turbidity internal resistance type,the cold coagulated heart medirian type,the Yin deficiency in heart and kidney type,and the Qi stagnated cardiovascular type as the most commonly clinical classification.
