摘要
目的:评价运动后肌肉损伤采取补阳还五汤配合电针治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年11月—2020年6月我院收治的58例运动后肌肉损伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(29例)和观察组(29例)。将常规的康复辅助治疗应用于对照组临床,观察组采用补阳还五汤配合电针治疗,对两组临床疗效进行比较。结果:与对照组相比,观察组治疗后VAS评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组运动功能改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组感觉功能改善情况比较,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与常规康复辅助治疗法相比,对运动后肌肉损伤采取补阳还五汤配合电针治疗效果更显著,有助于提高临床疗效,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of muscle injury after exercise.Methods:A total of 58 patients with muscle injury after exercise in our hospital were enrolled in this study.The time period was from November 2018 to June 2020.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,one group was the control group(29 cases)and the other group was the observation group(29 cases).The routine rehabilitation adjuvant therapy was applied to the control group,and the observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with electroacupuncture The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the VAS score of the observation group was lower after treatment,with significant difference(P<0.05);the improvement effect of motor function of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);the improvement of sensory function of the two groups was lower than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional rehabilitation therapy,Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with electroacupuncture is more effective in the treatment of muscle injury after exercise,which is helpful to improve the clinical efficacy of patients,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
