摘要
以对氨基水杨酸(钠)、硝酸铅和硝酸铜为原材料制备双金属盐对氨基水杨酸铅铜复盐。探索了一步合成法和两步合成法制备的对氨基水杨酸铅铜复盐性能及对推进剂燃烧性能影响规律,并从反应温度、原材料两方面系统研究了产物理化性能、热分解和燃烧性能。结果表明:一步合成法相对于二步合成法制备的对氨基水杨酸铅铜复盐的催化性能较优;原材料选择对氨基水杨酸、反应温度为65℃时,制备的对氨基水杨酸铅铜复盐理化性能稳定、催化燃烧性能最优,推进剂的燃速可达35.61mm/s(20℃,10MPa)。
The bimetallic salt—lead-copper complex salt of p-aminosalicylic acid was prepared by using the p-aminosalicylic acid or its sodium salt,lead nitrate and copper nitrate as raw materials.The performance of the lead-copper complex salt of p-aminosalicylic acid prepared by one-step synthetic method and two-step synthetic method separately and their influence rule on the combustion performance of the propellants were explored.The physico-chemical performance,thermal decomposition and combustion performance of the products were systematically investigated from two aspects of the reaction temperature and raw material.The results show that the catalytic performance of lead-copper complex salt of p-aminosalicylic acid prepared by one-step synthetic method comparing with two-step synthetic method is better.When the p-aminosalicylic acid is selected as the raw material,the reaction temperature is 65℃,the prepared lead-copper complex salt of p-aminosalicylic acid has stable physico-chemical performance and the optimal catalytic combustion performance,the burning rate of the propellant can reach 35.61mm/s(20℃,10MPa).
