摘要
敦煌出土医药文献对中国医学的发展具有里程碑意义的贡献,其中保存了一部分佛道医药文献。本文对敦煌佛道医药文献中的医方进行统计共计122首,将其内容与传世医书中保存的亡佚隋唐医方进行比对分析,进一步印证传世医书中亡佚隋唐医方的真实性,也为完善敦煌佛道医药文献提供了校勘依据。通过相关数据库探索敦煌佛道医方于隋唐之后的流衍,发现其多流衍于宋代大型方书,可从中寻找研究线索。敦煌佛道医方多为辟谷、养生医方,是宗教与传统医学相结合的产物,部分医方至今仍应用于临床,具有学术生命力及临床使用价值,值得进一步整理研究、挖掘其理论价值与临床实践意义。
The Dunhuang unearthed medical documents have made a landmark contribution to the development of Chinese medicine,in which some Buddhist and Taoist medical documents have been preserved.In this paper,a total of 122 medical prescriptions in Dunhuang Buddhist and Taoist medical literature are counted.The contents were compared and analyzed with the Sui and Tang dynasties'lost medical prescriptions preserved in the handed down medical books,which further confirmed the authenticity of the Sui and Tang dynasties'lost medical prescriptions in the handed down medical books,and also provided a collation basis for perfecting the Dunhuang Buddhist and Taoist medical documents.Through the relevant database to explore the Dunhuang Buddhism and Taoism medical prescriptions after the Sui and Tang dynasties,it is found that its multi-flow spread in the Song dynasty large-scale medical books,from which we can look for research clues.Most of Dunhuang Buddhist and Taoist medical prescriptions are the product of the combination of religion and traditional medicine.Some prescriptions are still used in clinical practice and have academic vitality and clinical application value.They are worthy of further study and explore their theoretical value and clinical practical significance.
