摘要
目的观察醒脾养儿颗粒联合重组人干扰素α2b在轮状病毒肠炎患儿中的治疗效果。方法选择2019年9月至2020年10月本院收治的轮状病毒肠炎患儿84例,根据患儿住院号单双号分为对照组与观察组各42例;两组均接受基础对症治疗,对照组采用重组人干扰素α2b治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗,两组均治疗5d;记录并比较两组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间与住院时间、不良反应发生率。结果治疗5d后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组退热时间、脱水纠正时间、止泻时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论醒脾养儿颗粒联合重组人干扰素α2b治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎效果较好,可促进临床症状消退,缩短住院时间,且安全性好,不良反应少。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xingpi Yanger granules combined with recombinant human interferonα2b in children with rotavirus enteritis.Methods A total of 84 children with rotavirus enteritis treated in our hospital from September 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and observation group according to the odd or even number of admission numbers,with 42 cases in each group.Both of the two groups received basic symptomatic treatment,the control group was treated with recombinant human interferonα2b and the observation group was treated with Xingpi Yanger granules on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 5 days.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms and hospitalization time,the incidences of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 5 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The antipyretic time,dehydration correction time,antidiarrheal time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xingpi Yanger granules combined with recombinant human interferonα2b has better effect in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis,which can promote the regression of clinical symptoms,shorten the hospitalized time,and has higher safety and fewer adverse reactions.
