基于原貌保护的干砌毛石墙体抗震加固试验研究 被引量:3

Experimental study on seismic reinforcement of dry-built rough wall based on original appearance protection

摘要 为实现原貌保护背景下干砌毛石墙体抗震性能的提升,针对未加固墙体和3种不同方法加固后的墙体,分别开展了低周往复荷载试验。结果表明,未加固、仅室内单侧钢筋网水泥砂浆面层加固、仅注浆加固的干砌毛石墙体均表现为剪切破坏模式,且变形能力较差;基于“墙内注浆、室内补强”策略加固后的墙体,在墙底底部体现出良好的隔震特性,上部墙体未见破坏;墙内注浆能使松散的块材共同工作,内侧压抹钢筋网水泥砂浆面层可进一步提高墙体的抗剪承载力。以试验研究为基础,提出了加固后墙体抗侧承载力计算模型,建立了不同方法加固后墙体的统一抗剪承载力计算方法,与试验结果吻合良好;实现了加固前后各墙体失效破坏模式的定量判别。研究成果实现了干砌毛石墙体的原貌保护,可为传统民居、历史建筑及文物保护等工程提供参考。 To improve the seismic performance of the dry-built rough wall under the background of original appearance protection,low cyclic loading tests are carried out for the unreinforced wall and the wall strengthened by three different methods.The results indicate that the dry-built rough wall without reinforcement,reinforced only with one side of the indoor reinforced cement and mortar,and reinforced only with grouting all show shear failure mode,and its deformation capacity is poor.Based on the strategy of"inside wall grouting,interior wall interior reinforcing",the reinforced wall shows good isolation characteristics at the bottom of the wall,and no damage is seen on the upper wall.The grouting inside the wall can make the loose blocks work together,and the surface layer of cement and mortar inside the wall can further improve the shear capacity of the wall.Based on the experimental research,the calculation model of the lateral bearing capacity of the reinforced wall is proposed,and the unified calculation method of the shear bearing capacity of the reinforced wall with different methods is established,which is in good agreement with the test results.The quantitative identification of failure modes of each wall before and after reinforcement is realized.The research results have realized the original appearance protection of the dry-built rough wall,which can provide reference for the protection of traditional dwellings,historical buildings and cultural relics.
