SMILE、超薄瓣FS-LASIK、FS-LASIK术后早期视觉质量比较 被引量:5

Comparison Analysis of Early Visual Quality among SMILE,Ultra-thin flap FS-LASIK and FS-LASIK

摘要 目的:比较SMILE、ZIESS超薄瓣FS-LASIK (ZIESS角膜瓣90 um+VISX S4IR)、FS-LASIK (LDV角膜瓣110um+VISX S4 IR)三种手术方式术后早期视觉质量差异。方法:选取114例(228眼)近视患者,分为SMILE组(112眼)和ZIESS超薄瓣FS-LASIK组(70眼)、FS-LASIK组(46眼)。分别于术前、术后1个月,应用欧卡斯(OQAS)视觉质量分析调制传递函数截止空间频率(MTF cut off)、斯特列尔比值SR (Strehl Ratio,SR)、客观散射指数(Objective Scatter Index,OSI)。三组视觉质量参数进行比较。结果:SMILE组:术前与术后,MTF cut off比较,差异无统计学差异(t=1.219,P=0.225)。SR和OSI值差异有统计学意义(t=2.207、-4.277;P=0.045、0)。超薄瓣FS-LASIK组:术前与术后,SR差异有统计学意义(t=2.149、-2.497,P=0.035、0.031)。FS-LASIK组:术前与术后,MTF cot off SR、OSI值均差异有统计学意义(t=4.795、3.949、-4.939,P=0、0、0)。三组患者MTF cut off、SR、OSI值改变值差异有统计学意义(F=6.326、10.343、10.552,P=0.002、0、0)。结论:三种手术方式术后MTF cut off、SR值下降,OSI值上升。SMILE组MTF cut off、SR、OSI值变化最小,对视觉质量影响最小。 Objective: To compare the early visual quality among SMILE, ZIESS Ultra-thin flap FS-LASIK(ZIESS corneal 90um+VISX S4 IR) and FS-LASIK( lOV corneal 110 um+VISX S4 IR). Methods: 114 patients(228 eyes) myopia patients were selected and divided into SMILE(112 eyes)group, Ultra-thin flap FS-LASIK(70 eyes) group and FS-LASIK(46 eyes)group were selected. Before and 1 month after the operation, the OQAS visual quality analysis system was used toanalyze modulation transfer function cut off spatial frequency(MTF cut off), Strehl ratio(SR), objective scattering index(OSI). The three sets of visual quality parameters were compared. Results: SMILE group: There was no statistically significant difference in MTF cut off before and after operation(t=1.219, P=0.225). There was statistically significant difference in the SR and OSI values(t=2.207,-4.277,P=0.045,0). Ultra-thin flap FS-LASIK group: There was no statistically statistical difference in SR before and after operation(t=1.508, P=0.136). MTF cut off and OSI values were statistically different(t=2.149,-2.497, P=0.035, 0.031). FS-LASIK group: The values of MTF SR and OSI were statistically different before and after operation(t=4.795, 3.949,-4.939, P=0, 0, 0). The difference in the change values of MTF cut off, SR and OSI of the there groups was statistically significant(F=6.326, 10.343, 10.552, P=0.002, 0,0). Conclusion: After the three surgical methods, the MTF cut off and SR values decreased, and the OSI increased. The SMILE group had the smallest changes in MTF cut off, SR and OSI values, and had the least impact on visual quality.
