摘要
研究了将电石渣与粉煤灰2种工业固废作为稳定材料替代石灰改良土使用,通过无侧限抗压强度试验确定出最佳电粉比,并对掺量为2%、4%、6%、8%、10%和12%的电石渣粉煤灰改良土的力学性能进行了室内试验,与4%水泥改良土进行了对比研究。研究结果表明:电石渣粉煤灰的最佳掺配比例为20∶80,推荐电石渣粉煤灰改良土的最佳配合比为8∶32∶60。该研究结果对类似工程有借鉴意义。
The application of two industrial solid wastes of carbide slag and fly ash,which is stable materials replacing lime improved soil are studied.The best electric powder ratio is determined by unconfined compressive strength test.The mechanical properties of carbide slag fly ash improved soil,whose dosage of carbide slag was 2%,4%,6%,8%,10% and 12%,are experimental researched indoor.And compared with improved soil with 4% cement.The results show that the optimum ratio of fly ash calcium carbide slag is 20 ∶80.The optimum ratio of calcium carbide slag fly ash of 8∶32∶60 is recommended.The research provides reference for similar engineerings.
