摘要
通过试验手段测试获取实际转体桥梁结构的不平衡力矩和摩阻力矩是转体施工最关键的环节,也是进行准确配重及桥梁转体牵引的基础。现阶段基于离散监测的方法难以准确捕捉临界值点,使得数据分析结果产生较大误差从而导致配重偏差,影响桥梁转体的顺利实施,甚至造成其他不利影响。本文提出一种基于高精度、连续监测手段的精确称重方法,能够准确获取实际结构的关键信息,并结合萍乡市中环中路上跨沪昆线转体工程,开展转体桥梁称重试验研究。结果表明:基于连续监测数据的转体梁桥精确称重方法准确可靠,可保障桥梁转体顺利实施。
Obtaining the unbalance moment and friction moment of the actual bridge rotation structure by means of test is the most critical aspect of rotation construction,and is also the basis for accurate counter weight and bridge rotation traction.The current discrete monitoring method is difficult to accurately capture the critical value points,which makes the data analysis results produce large errors and thus leads to the deviation of the counter weight,affecting the smooth implementation of bridge rotation and even causing other adverse effects.A precise weighing method based on high precision and continuous monitoring means is proposed,which can accurately obtain the critical information of the actual structure,and can carry out the experimental research on weighing bridge rotation in combination with the rotation project of the Shanghai-Kunming Line on the Zhonghuanzhong Road in Pingxiang City.The results show that the accurate method of weighing bridge rotation based on continuous monitoring data is accurate and reliable,which can ensure the smooth implementation of the bridge rotation.
