摘要
近10年,以语音合成为首的蒙古语言语工程研究蓬勃发展,为推动新时代蒙古语言文字事业高质量发展奠定了良好的基础。语音评测是蒙古语言语工程的重要组成部分,语音评测系统的开发和应用对实现蒙古语和谐人机交互具有重要意义。其中,制作科学的基础数据库是搭建高质量语音评测的基石。基础数据库制作既是语音评测系统的基础部分,也是言语工程中语言学知识补给的作用域。
The development of Mongolian language project,which is headed by speech synthesis,has a good foundation for promoting high quality development in the new era of Mongolian language in recent ten years.Speech Evaluation is an important part of Mongolian speech engineering,of which the development and application of Speech Evaluation systems is of great significance to realize Mongolian harmonious human machine interaction.Among them,how to make a scientific base database is the cornerstone of high quality speech evaluation.The basic database production is both the basics of the voice evaluation system,and the scope of the linguistic knowledge replenishment in the speech engineering.
