姜黄素对神经系统疾病的作用机制研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 姜黄素是从植物姜黄的根茎中提取的天然多酚类药物,是一种具有多靶点生物学意义的活性分子。研究表明,姜黄素具有清除自由基、抗氧化、抗炎和抗凋亡作用,可调节细胞信号转导通路中的多种分子。姜黄素还可以对神经元丧失,认知与情绪相关变化和影响正常细胞活动方面的疾病发挥疗效,此外姜黄素还可对相关的神经可塑性损伤具有显著的神经保护特性。由于其对中枢神经系统的多效性作用,近年来姜黄素用于预防和治疗神经退行性疾病已成为研究热点。因此本文就姜黄素在多种神经系统疾病如阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、多发性硬化症、亨廷顿病等的研究进行综述,阐述其神经作用的主要机制并对其前景进行了展望,旨在为姜黄素对神经性疾病的进一步研究与开发提供参考与借鉴。 Curcumin is a kind of natural polyphenols extracted from rhizome of Curcuma longa L.,which is an active molecule with multi-target biological significance.Studies have shown that curcumin has free radical scavenging,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic effects,and can regulate a variety of molecules in cell signal transduction pathways.Curcumin has been shown to be effective against neuronal loss,cognitive and emotion-related changes,and disorders affecting normal cell activity.In addition,curcumin has significant neuroprotective properties against associated neuroplasticity damages.Because of its pleiotropic effect on the central nervous system,the use of curcumin in the prevention or treatment of neurodegenerative diseases has become a research hotspot in recent years.This study reviewed curcumin in the treatment of various neurological diseases,such as Alzheimer’s disease,Parkinson’s disease,multiple sclerosis and Huntington’s disease.It elaborated the main nerve action mechanism and discussed the prospects of curcumin,aiming to provide reference for further research of curcumin in the treatment of neurological diseases.
