某款发动机VVT相位故障问题解析与改进 被引量:1

摘要 某款发动机市场VVT相位故障累计发生47例,55%故障集中在30000 km以内,86%集中在45000 km以内,20000~30000 km为故障高发区间,非典型耐久故障。经分析,故障原因为锁销和盖板锁销槽硬度偏低及锁销头部圆角小,导致锁销异常磨损,转子和定子磨损,造成VVT相位故障问题。 A total of 47 cases of VVT phase failures occurred in a certain engine market.55% of the failures are concentrated within 30000 km,86%are concentrated within 45,000 km,and 20000 to 30000 km are the high-prone areas of failures,which are atypical and durable failures.After analysis,the reason is that the hardness of the lock pin and the cover plate lock pin groove is low and the round corner of the lock pin head is small,which leads to abnormal wear of the lock pin,wear of the rotor and stator,and the problem of VVT phase failure.
