摘要
电梯控制柜是控制电梯运行的关键部件,内部有变频器、主控板、接触器、变压器大量电气元件。若其中某一元件出现短路等异常,会造成一定的安全风险,且很难在第一时间被发现和排除。但是,元器件发生短路等故障时会导致通过这些元件的电流增大,进而短时间内聚集大量热量,造成局部温度过高。因此,可利用该特点研究基于红外热像仪的控制柜温升监测。文中通过开展控制柜温升试验,掌握电梯运行过程中控制柜的温度分布及温度变化规律,为日后电梯控制柜的温升监测提供试验基础。
Elevator control cabinet is the key component to control elevator operation,with a large number of electrical components.Aiming at the temperature distribution and temperature change of elevator control cabinet during elevator operation,the infrared image is taken by infrared thermal imager to obtain and analyze the above information,which can provide an experimental basis for the monitoring of elevator control cabinet in the future.
