摘要
目的研究亚胺培南两步泵注法给药方式治疗重症感染患者的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月-2021年6月在灵山县人民医院重症监护室(ICU)接受治疗的重症感染患者186例,将其用随机数字表法分成两组(n=93)。实验组予以亚胺培南两步泵注法治疗,对照组予以亚胺培南传统泵注法治疗,比较两组患者病原菌清除率与治疗有效率,不良反应发生率与治疗前后血清指标变化。结果实验组病原菌清除率(86.27%)高于对照组(72.38%),具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后实验组PCT、CRP、WBC水平低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率(实验组3.23%,对照组2.15%)比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组治疗有效率(84.85%)高于对照组(70.97%),具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亚胺培南两步泵注法相较于传统泵注法,能更加有效地清除重症感染患者病原菌,改善患者炎症反应,提高患者治疗效果的同时安全性高,具有积极推广价值。
Objective To study the clinical effect of two-step pump injection of imipenem in the treatment of patients with severe infections.Methods 186 severely infected patients who were treated in the intensive care unit(ICU)of our hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into 2 groups(n=93)according to the random number tahle.The experimental group was treated with imipenem two-step pump injection,and the control group was treated with imipenem traditional pump injection.The clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria and the effective rate of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions and the changes of serum indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Resu I ts The clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria in the experimental group(86.27%)was higher than that in the control group(72.38%),which was statistically significant(P<O.O5).After treatment,the levels of PCT,CRP,and WBC in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(experimental group 3.23%,control group 2.15%)was not statistically significant(P<O.O5).The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group(84.85%)was higher than that of the control group(70.97%),which was statistically signific.ant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional pump injection method,imipenem two-step pump injection method can more effectively remove pathogenic bacteria in severely infected patients,improve the inflammatory response of patients,improve the treatment effect of patients,and have high safety and positive value.
