摘要 目的探讨3D打印技术在神经外科实习生临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取于南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院神经外科实习的学生40名,随机分为两组,对照组采取传统教学方法,试验组采取3D打印教学方法,教学结束后以问卷调查方式和考核方式进行教学满意度、教学效果等评价。结果试验组理论知识、操作实践和总成绩显著高于对照组成绩(P<0.05),试验组教学满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组学生兴趣度和理论实习紧密度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论3D打印技术应用于神经外科实习教学中教学效果良好,极大的降低了实习生学习和理解神经解剖的难度,3D打印技术一定会在临床教学中广泛应用,并发挥巨大的作用,可以继续推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of 3D printing technology in clinical teaching of Neurosurgery interns.Methods 40 students of neurosurgery practice in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group adopted traditional teaching method,and the experimental group adopted 3D printing teaching method.After the teaching,the teaching satisfaction and teaching effect were evaluated by questionnaire survey and assessment.Results The theoretical knowledge,operation practice and total score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the students’interest and theoretical practice closeness of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D printing technology applied in neurosurgery practice teaching has good teaching effect,which greatly reduces the difficulty of interns in learning and understanding neuroanatomy.3D printing technology will be widely used in clinical teaching and play a huge role,which can continue to be promoted.
