摘要
目的:研究转移抑制因子1(MTSS1)、上皮型钙黏着蛋白(E-cadherin)在结直肠癌(CRC)患者癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:选取2019年6月—2020年6月新乡医学院第一附属医院收治的120例CRC患者作为研究对象,通过手术或结直肠镜活检取所有患者癌组织、癌旁正常组织(距癌旁>5cm)标本,检测比较癌组织、癌旁正常组织MTSS1、E-cadherin蛋白表达水平,并对比不同临床资料CRC患者癌组织中MTSS1、E-cadherin蛋白表达水平,分析癌组织中MTSS1、E-cadherin蛋白表达与CRC临床特征的相关性。结果:CRC患者癌组织中MTSS1、E-cadherin蛋白表达水平均低于癌旁正常组织,差异有统计学意义(t=32.123、13.672,P<0.05);不同肿瘤分化程度、Dukes分期、浸润深度及淋巴结转移CRC患者癌组织中MTSS1、E-cadherin蛋白表达水平对比,差异有统计学意义(t=4.461、7.680、5.743,8.142、2.003、3.125、3.830、2.184,P<0.05);CRC患者癌组织中MTSS1、E-cadherin蛋白表达肿瘤分化程度间存在正相关关系,与Dukes分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移间存在负相关关系,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MTSS1、E-cadherin在CRC患者癌组织中表达水平明显低于癌旁正常组织,且与CRC肿瘤分化程度、Dukes分期、浸润深度及淋巴结转移间存在密切相关性,明确MTSS1、E-cadherin表达水平有助于临床评估CRC患者病情。
Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of metastasis suppressor 1(MTSS1)and epithelial cad-herin(E-cadherin)in cancerous and adjacent tissues of patients with colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,120 CRC patients admitted to the hospital were selected as the research objects.Samples of cancer tissues and adjacent nor-mal tissues(>5 cm from adjacent cancer)were collected from all patients through surgery or colorectal biopsy.The expression levels of MTSS1 and E-cadherin protein in cancer tissues and normal tissues adjacent to cancer were detected and compared,and the expression levels of MTSS1 and E-cadherin protein in cancer tissues of CRC patients with different clinical data were compared.The correlation between the expression of MTSS1 and E-cadherin protein in cancer tissues and the clinical features of CRC was analyzed.Results:The expression levels of MTSS1 and E-cadherin protein in cancer tissues of CRC patients were lower than those in normal tissues adjacent to cancer,with statistically significant difference(t=32.123,13.672,P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the expression levels of MTSS1 and E-cadherin in cancer tissues of CRC patients with different tumor differentiation,Dukes staging,depth of invasion,and lymph node metastasis,with statistically significant difference(t=4.461,7.680,5.743,8.142,2.003,3.125,3.380,2.184,P<0.05).The expression of MTSS1 and E-cadherin protein in cancer tissues of CRC patients was positively correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation,and negatively correlated with Dukes stage,depth of inva-sion,and lymph node metastasis,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression levels of MTSS1 and E-cadherin in cancer tissues of CRC patients are significantly lower than those in normal tissues adjacent to cancer,and are closely related to the degree of CRC tumor differentiation,Dukes stage,depth of invasion,and lymph node metastasis.Clarifying the expression level of MTSS1 and E-cadherin is helpful for clinical evaluation of the condition of CRC patients.
