摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展,各种社交平台、软件不断更新,社会也逐渐进入了新媒体时代。高校大学生是新媒体工具的主要使用者,世界观、人生观、价值观也将会受到新媒体的影响。本文从新媒体时代高校网络舆情的主要特征入手,分析现阶段高校网络舆情存在的问题和风险,进而探索高校网络舆情的引导措施,最后分析高校网络舆情管控的信息化建设,通过信息化的手段使得新媒体时代高校网络舆情管控工作得到更好地推动和发展。
With the rapid development of information technology, various social platforms and software emerge one after another, and the society has gradually entered the era of new media. College students are important users of new media tools, and their world outlook, outlook on life and values will also be affected by new media. Starting from the analysis of the main characteristics of college network public opinion in the new media era, this paper analyzes the existing problems and risks of college network public opinion at this stage, and then explores the guidance mechanism of network public opinion, and finally analyzes the information construction of college network public opinion management, The main purpose of the research is to promote and develop the network public opinion management and control in Colleges and universities in the new media era by means of information technology.
