摘要
加工番茄含有人体所需的各类氨基酸、维生素、矿物质及有机物等营养成分。在番茄种植过程中,会出现一些番茄病害,严重影响酱用番茄的质量。文章分析了新疆地区酱用番茄的主要病害产生原因,探讨了病害防治对策。
Processed tomato contains all kinds of amino acids,vitamins,minerals,organic matter and other nutrients needed by human body.In the process of tomato planting,certain tomato diseases will appear,which will seriously affect the quality of tomato for sauce.This paper analyzes the causes of the main diseases of tomato for sauce in Xinjiang,and probes into the disease control countermeasures.
