摘要
随着L-色氨酸市场需求增大,L-色氨酸生物合成调控逐渐成为研究热点。该文综述了L-色氨酸的应用范围、生产方式及生物合成代谢调控策略。从L-色氨酸的系统代谢网络出发,综述了L-色氨酸在中心代谢途径、莽草酸途径以及分支酸途径中的遗传调控策略,主要包含了增加胞内前体物、阻断分支酸途径、削弱负调控和改造转运系统等。
With the increasing market demand for L-tryptophan,the regulation of L-tryptophan biosynthesis had gradually become a research hotspot.The application range,production mode and biosynthesis and metabolism regulation strategy of L-tryptophan were summarized in this paper.Based on the systematic metabolic network of L-tryptophan,this manuscript reviews the genetic regulation strategies of L-tryptophan in central metabolic pathway,shikimate pathway and branching pathway,including increasing intracellular precursors,blocking branching pathway,weakening the negative regulation and modifying transport system,and so on.
