摘要
以航空复合材料数字化工厂的建设为研究对象,深入剖析复合材料专业在智能化转型过程中的解决难点。航空复合材料制造是典型的离散型制造模式,涉及特种工艺多,冷热工艺混合,工序流程复杂,很难通过单一的流程来驱动数字化、智能化体系的构建。详细阐述了航空复合材料数字化工厂建设过程中的工序自动化作业、物联网终端建设、设备设施集成管控、自动化仓储、物流管控、制造过程无纸化等方面建设内容。工厂智能化制造在全要素、大专业、体系化管理方面有很大的创新,实现了一个比较完整的工厂智能制造模式,而非单一局部的数字化、智能化,形成了一个航空复合材料智能制造模式的较好示范,提升了航空复合材料制造效率、质量,降低了制造成本。
Taking aeronautical composite digital factory construction as the research object,this paper deeply analyzed differences and difficulties between the aeronautical composite major and the others in process of intelligent transformation.Aeronautical composite material manufacturing is a typical discrete manufacturing mode,which involves many special processes,mixed hot and cold processes,and complicated process flow.It is difficult to drive the construction of digital and intelligent system through a single process.In this paper,the construction contents of process automation,terminal construction of internet of things,integrated management and control of equipment and facilities,automatic storage,logistics management and control,paperless manufacturing process in the construction process of aeronautical composite materials digital factory are described in detail.There is a lot of innovation in all the elements,major and systematic management in intelligent manufacturing factory.It implements a relatively complete intelligent manufacturing model in the factory,rather than a single local digitization and intellectualization.A good demonstration of intelligent manufacturing mode of aeronautical composite has been formed.The manufacturing efficiency and quality of aeronautical composite are improved and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
