机器人关节轴二次抽芯及随形水路注塑模具设计 被引量:16

Design of Injection Mold with Twice Side Core-pulling and Conformal Cooling Channel for Robot Joint Axis

摘要 根据机器人关节轴结构特点和技术要求设计了一副二次抽芯及随形水路注塑模具。模具采用大角度斜导柱抽芯及二次侧向抽芯机构,大大简化了模具结构,有效改善了抽芯距离长的侧向抽芯模具结构。侧向型芯采用3D打印随形水路,有效改善了体积小、温度高型芯的热量传出。模具采用了多项先进实用的创新技术,试模一次成功,投产后运行安全平稳,模具成型周期减少了35%。模具镶件温差降低了50%,成型塑件变形量减少了70%,尺寸精度达到了MT3(GB/T 14486—2008),提高了两个等级,成型塑件的外观质量和尺寸精度均达到了设计要求。 Base on the structural characteristics and technical requirements of the robot joint axis,an injection mold with twice side core-pulling and a conformal cooling channel was designed.The problem of long side core pulling distance was successfully solved by using a core pulling mechanism with the large angle inclined guide column and the twice side core pulling,and the mold structure was greatly simplified.The problem of heat concentration of small cores was successfully solved by using 3 D printing conformal cooling channels.By adopting two innovative technologies,the first shoot is successful,the operation is safe and stable after production,and the molding cycled is reduced by 35%,the temperature difference of insert is reduced by 50%,the deformation of plastic parts is reduced by 70%,and the dimensional accuracy reaches MT3(GB/T 14486-2008),which is improved by two grades,the appearance quality and dimensional accuracy of plastic parts meet the design requirements.
