摘要
绿色钢铁是世界钢铁经营管理中的共同选择和发展方向,循环经济是实现绿色钢铁的必经之路。面对越来越严苛的节能减排要求,我国钢铁行业正面临着绿色工艺、绿色技术、绿色设备等经营革新的挑战。为应对钢铁企业在绿色改革过程中经营管理方面的难题,围绕钢铁企业绿色技术创新、绿色价值创造的发展思路,研究了钢铁企业在循环经济背景下绿色价值链的重构问题,并提出了对策建议。以期能为钢铁企业的绿色发展提供借鉴,使中国钢铁真正走上一条绿色化、生态化的发展道路。
Green steel is the common choice and development direction in the world's steel management.Circular economy is the only way to realize green steel.Facing the increasingly stringent requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction,China's iron and steel industry is facing the challenges of business innovation such as green process,green technology and green equipment.In order to deal with the problems in the operation and management of iron and steel enterprises in the process of green reform,focusing on the development ideas of green technology innovation and green value creation of iron and steel enterprises,this paper studies the reconstruction of green value chain of iron and steel enterprises under the background of circular economy,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.It can provide reference for the green development of iron and steel enterprises and make China's iron and steel really embark on a green and ecological development path.
