摘要
在实验室质量控制中,比对试验是确保结果有效性的主要方式之一。硬度试验是金属材料领域实验室常规检测项目,广泛应用于机械工业中检验原材料和零件热处理后的质量。进行硬度比对试验是常见质控方法,得到比对结果为满意/不满意并不是终点,发现问题并提升检测质量才是关键。本文以维氏硬度为例,探讨如何标准化应用硬度比对试验的结果。
In laboratory quality control, comparison test is one of the main ways to ensure the validity of results.Hardness test is a routine laboratory testing project in the field of metal materials, widely used in the mechanical industry to test the quality of raw materials and parts after metal heat treatment. Hardness comparison test is a common quality control method. It is not the end that the comparison result is satisfactory or unsatisfactory, but the key is to find the problem and improve the quality of the test. Taking Vickers hardness test as an example, this paper discusses how to standardize the application of hardness comparison test results.
