摘要
提升黄河流域城市能源利用效率既有助于实现"碳达峰"和"碳中和",又有助于黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展。基于非径向方向性距离函数、非径向Luenberger指数及分解项、Tobit模型探讨了2003-2018年黄河流域城市能源利用效率的时空特征、内生驱动机制与外部影响因素。研究发现:2003-2018年间黄河流域城市能源利用效率整体上表现出波动上升态势,且能源利用效率的增长主要来自能源经济效率的改进;技术进步和技术效率提高是推动黄河流域城市能源利用效率增长的内部驱动机制;经济发展水平、土地城市化、产业结构等因素对黄河流域城市能源利用效率具有显著的影响,且存在明显的时段差异和区域差异。
Improving the efficiency of urban energy utilization in the Yellow River Basin will not only be conductive to achieve“ peak carbon dioxide emission ”and“ carbon neutrality ”, but also contribute to the ecological protection and high-quality development of this region. Based on non-radial directional distance function, non-radial Luenberger index, factorization index and Tobit model, this paper discusses the spatio-temporal characteristics, endogenous driving mechanism and external influencing factors of the efficiency of urban energy utilization in the Basin from 2003 to 2018. The results show the efficiency of urban energy utilization in the Basin during this period increases generally with fluctuations, which is mainly attributed to the higher energy economic efficiency;technological advances and a higher technological efficiency are the internal driving mechanism promoting urban energy efficiency;and factors such as the economic development level, land urbanization, industrial structure have a significant impact on the efficiency of urban energy utilization with obvious temporal and regional differences.
