摘要
随着我国居民生活水平不断提升,人们对羊肉的消费量也逐渐增大,对其质量安全问题也越来越重视,动物福利也越来越受到人们的关注。提供安全优质的羊肉是保证人民群众舌尖上的安全和身体健康的基础,因此,改善养殖过程中肉羊的动物福利化水平对提供安全优质的羊肉食品具有重要意义。
With the continuous improvement of residents’ living standards in China, people’s consumption of mutton is gradually increasing, more and more attention is paid to its quality and safety, and animal welfare has attracted more and more attention. Providing safe and high-quality mutton is the basis for ensuring the food safety and health of the people. Therefore, improving the animal welfare level of mutton sheep in the breeding process is of great significance to provide safe and high-quality mutton food.
